  About the Authors: 
Dr. Victoria Anderson is a licensed psychologist who currently practices in Utah and California. She received her doctorate in psychology in 1989 from Brigham Young University. She has lectured throughout the Western United States on varied subjects in the mental health field. She is a contributing author for the book Confronting Abuse. She has been on the Utah State Board of Mental Health, the Utah Child Abuse and Neglect Council, as well as the Utah State Board for Girls Scouts. Dr. Anderson has seen hundreds of people change their lives using the principles found in the book Be Still.
 

Lois D. Brown
received her bachelor’s in journalism and a master’s degree in communications from Brigham Young University. She has worked in Washington, D.C., as a news correspondent and in Utah as a corporate communications specialist. Since 1994, she has been a freelance writer, editing and writing nearly fifty articles and books on varied subjects. In her own life, Lois has put into action the material in this book to better manage stress and anxiety.
